The CTD raised leather bridle is the perfect medium to light weight bridle. Both the browband and noseband are raised leather.

The CTD special padded bridle comes complete with CTD brass buckles and fittings. Its is an excellent choice medium weight bridle available in a range of colours. It is also available with nickle silver fittings and a choice of nosebands, including mexican grackle and crank.

Welcome to the CTD Bridle collection.

The whole CTD bridle range is made from full grain leather, vegetable tanned and aniline dyed. The finest leather available. Each bridle is made with never rusting buckles and fittings.

Bridles. Lightweight, medium weight and heavyweight. For your bridle, weight refers to the amount of leather in the bridle. A lightweight bridle has a 1/2” cheek width, suitable for a horse requiring a ‘fine’ bridle, such as an Arab. A heavyweight would have a 3/4" width cheek suitable for sport horse types or horses with more substance. Remember the ‘heavier’ the bridle the more control for you the rider.
